The 3 P's of Productivity

Written By Brittany Dixon, of Brittany & Co

Process, Plan and Prepare for a more productive business!

The first P is Process and it’s the most important!

At the end of your work day, you take all the notes and everything that’s happened throughout to make sure there aren’t any action items left. If there are, you get to schedule them for the next day, pass them off, etc.

Plan

You’ll want to make sure you know what you get to tackle the next day. You can even take it one step further and plan out your week, then, just make small shifts to the next day’s tasks depending on your day’s Process phase.

Prepare

Although similar to plan, prepare takes you one step deeper into the tasks. It makes sure you have what you need to tackle items on your to-do. For example, if you’re recording a video, do you have the script? Meeting with a client? Do you have your notes?
